Visiting hours
- Weekdays: between 16:00 and 19:30
- Weekends, public holidays, and bridge days: between 15:00 and 19:30
If you are in a shared room, please coordinate with your roommate to schedule visits, ensuring that no more than two visitors are in the room at the same time.

Please note that some patients and departments may have different visiting regulations.
Read the exceptions here.
Important agreements
- To ensure the peace of our patients, we kindly ask that you respect the visiting hours and help maintain a calm environment.
- To create a welcoming and safe atmosphere for everyone, we have established house rules. These guidelines outline what you can expect from us and what we ask of you during your visit to our hospital.
- The use of mobile phones is subject to certain conditions. Please refrain from using your mobile phone in areas where medical equipment is in operation. Make sure to switch off your phone in the following departments:
- intensive care
- neonatology
- emergency departement
Our staff uses wireless handsets that do not cause any interference; these are not mobile phones.
Accompanying persons
- Patients attending consultations may bring up to two accompanying persons. While waiting, companions are welcome to sit in our lounge on level -1 or explore the South Wing. This ensures there is always enough space in our waiting areas.
- If you are coming for a day admission, one accompanying person may join you to the ward or department for your appointment, if necessary. After that, we kindly ask your companion to return home. In the surgical and internal day hospital wards (A3 and B3), your companion or caregiver is welcome to stay with you at all times.
- In the emergency department, one accompanying person is allowed. For children under 16, two accompanying persons are welcome.
